Commercial Maintenance Technician

Job Description We are currently seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing works orders and other required tasks including but no limited to HVAC repairs & maintenance, evaporative cooler repairs and maintenance, plumbing, electrical, drywall repairs, painting and other property/facility maintenance as necessary. Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Communicate effectively with tenants Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary. Qualifications: Previous experience in commercial real estate property maintenance is preferred Broad experience with various trades (HVAC, Evaporative coolers, plumbing, electrical, drywall/paint repairs) is preferred but can provide on-the -job training if necessary Current HVAC Certification a definite plus Familiarity in operation of maintenance tools (including lifts) Ability to handle physical workload Comfortable working with strict deadlines and detail-oriented a must Must have clean AZ Driver License and own a work vehicle (Mileage reimbursement provided) #J-18808-Ljbffr
