IGL4US is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support daily production activities at our College Station location.

The Production Assistant will work closely with the production team to help maintain an organized, efficient, and safe work environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows instructions carefully, and takes pride in completing tasks accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day production and operational activities.
• Prepare materials, equipment, and work areas for production tasks.
• Support team members throughout different stages of the production process.
• Help maintain production schedules and workflow efficiency.
• Inspect materials and completed work for quality and consistency.
• Organize inventory, supplies, tools, and production materials.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas.
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
• Report production issues, equipment concerns, or material shortages to supervisors.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, preparation, and other production-related duties as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
