Senior Client Success Manager

To support a growing B2B Client Success team, the full-time Senior Client Success Manager will manage a multimillion-dollar book of business, ensuring customer retention, product adoption, and revenue growth through strategic partnerships and proactive engagement, all while working on an 18-month fixed-term contract. Key responsibilities Serve as a strategic partner to customers, guiding them through onboarding, training, adoption, and renewal processes Identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risks by building strong relationships with key stakeholders Leverage data-driven insights to drive customer engagement and ensure successful implementation of Lightspeed's solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field 5 to 7 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Success, or Account Management within SaaS and wholesale/retail industries Strong strategic and problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively adjust priorities Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal Proven ability to drive retention and product adoption through data-driven insights
