Customer Relations Associate

New Orleans, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Customer Relations Associate. Essential Duties: Report directly to Customer Relations Manager Focus primarily on Aerospace / Defense customers and client support Interface with customers and vendors on a daily basis Work closely with production, shipping/receiving, and estimating teams Take over key client accounts over time Support implementation of new ERP system Learn industry landscape to best address customer needs Perform clerical duties and assist with database management Requirements/Skills: Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize duties and work with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn company products and processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Customer relations or client interaction experience Excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to work in a team environment with internal and external stakeholders Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods Ability to use a computer and standard office equipment for prolonged durations Ability to occasionally lift and carry light office materials Equal Opportunity Statement: Flexicrew Technical Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer; employment with FTS is governed on the basis of merit, competence, and qualifications.
