Nomad Diner is seeking a dynamic, experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our hospitality‑driven leadership team. As F&B Manager, you’ll oversee the seamless execution of daily operations across our dining room and beverage program, ensuring Nomad Diner delivers the warm, energetic, high‑quality experience our neighborhood has come to expect.

• Provide warm, professional leadership that fosters a culture of genuine hospitality across all guest interactions.

• Oversee day‑to‑day floor operations , ensuring smooth transitions from morning service through evening shifts.

• Lead pre‑shifts and service execution with attention to pacing, coverage, and guest flow.

• Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to maintain menu synergy and brand standards .

• Monitor labor, beverage, and operating costs and adjust strategies to support financial performance.

• Maintain a strong floor presence , resolving guest issues with professionalism and genuine care.

• Uphold sanitation, safety, and appearance standards throughout the restaurant.

• Train, mentor, and hold staff accountable to service expectations and performance goals .

• Contribute to programming and promotional efforts with creativity and operational insight.

• Participate in leadership meetings and support company initiatives with clarity and follow‑through.

• Full‑time position with an expected minimum of 50 hours per week .

• Manager schedules are standardized but require flexibility based on business needs.
