Customer Experience Manager

We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to help lead the next evolution of our customer experience. This is a hands‑on, manager‑level role focused on operational excellence, team development, and the development of new capabilities in education, product guidance, and customer success. This role sits at the center of the customer experience with our brand. While managing day‑to‑day operations, you will help evolve the team beyond transactional support into a group of knowledgeable guides who can support customer health outcomes and strengthen long‑term relationships. While many companies are replacing customer relationships with AI chatbots, we are taking a different approach. We will use technology to improve the customer experience, not replace it. We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in customer experience leadership, combined with experience in dietary supplement, herbal, nutrition, dietetics, or another health and wellness environment that is customer or patient‑facing.
