What You’ll Do As a Sushi Chef at Bamboo Sushi, you’ll work closely with both our kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure consistent, thoughtful, and timely preparation of sushi bar menu items. You’ll be hands‑on in every aspect of sushi production, from prep to guest interaction, while upholding our high standards of quality and hospitality. You’ll progress through our sushi stations based on skill level and experience: Roll Case - Vegetable prep, sushi rice preparation, and mastering roll production Front Case - Fish breakdown, knife work, nigiri and sashimi preparation, creating omakase experiences, and engaging with guests at the sushi bar Wheel - Coordinating incoming orders with production while preparing rolls, nigiri, and sashimi Health, Wealth & Happiness We believe our team thrives when they feel supported - inside and outside of work.
