Six contract positions are available, offering a chance to collaborate closely with educational professionals and play a crucial role in improving student outcomes. The assignment runs the full academic year, from July 27, 2026, through May 28, 2027, with BCBA supervision provided by the district.

Role Highlights:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students implementing behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and the supervising BCBA to ensure fidelity in intervention strategies
• Collect data and maintain thorough, accurate records on student progress
• Support inclusive education by helping students develop functional, academic, and social skills
• Support positive student behavior and reinforce skills acquisition in both academic and non-academic settings
• Comply with all school policies and ethical requirements as outlined by RBT certification

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician with active or inactive (not expired) certification
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Ability to work full-time, 35 hours per week; part-time availability cannot be considered
• Adaptable and flexible mindset, comfortable with last-minute assignment details due to changing needs
• Excellent communication and professionalism working within a multidisciplinary team
