Qualifications & Experience:

• Active or inactive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (certification cannot be expired)
• Experience assisting students in a school setting is preferred but not required
• Flexibility to accommodate shifting assignment details and readiness for quick approvals and changes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality within set school hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions to students, following behavior intervention plans
• Collect accurate data and document student progress
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and parents to foster student development
• Participate in supervision and training sessions provided by the district’s BCBA
• Adapt to a dynamic school schedule, beginning the assignment as soon as cleared
• Maintain confidentiality and a positive, supportive attitude in diverse classroom settings
