In this role, you'll manage the full sales cycle for fully furnished corporate apartments, from prospecting and pricing to lease execution and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities

• Own the full leasing process, including lead qualification, pricing, negotiations, and lease execution.
• Build and grow relationships with corporate clients, property partners, and vendors.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and consultative sales.
• Maximize occupancy and revenue through strategic pricing and inventory management.
• Respond quickly to leads and inquiries to drive conversions and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure seamless move-ins.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support market growth and business objectives.
• Maintain accurate lease, client, and inventory records in company systems.
• Resolve customer and partner issues with professionalism and urgency.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in inside sales, account management, leasing, hospitality, or corporate housing.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Experience generating leads, managing a pipeline, and closing sales.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/sales systems.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and energized by a goal-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience in corporate housing, multifamily leasing, hospitality, or relocation services.
• Interest in long-term career growth within sales and account management.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monroe, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.41 - $26.04/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
