Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and excellent customer service. This position requires strong time management skills, proficiency in various computer applications, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

• Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and computerized, ensuring easy access to documents.
• Handle incoming calls using phone systems, taking messages and forwarding inquiries as needed.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and office organization.

Experience

• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with customer support practices and front desk operations is a plus.
• Proficient in using computer software such as excel and word.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
