This correctional facility provides outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to an adult male patient population within a secure clinical environment. The facility operates with established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery and maintains clinical workflows structured to address the primary and chronic care needs of the population served. Credentialing for this position is estimated at approximately 30 days.

Clinicians will provide comprehensive family medicine services to male adult patients in a correctional facility setting, managing 2.5 patients per hour during 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing chronic medical conditions, providing preventive healthcare services, and treating acute illnesses while maintaining accurate medical documentation. The position requires board eligibility or board certification, an active Ohio state license, DEA registration, and BLS certification; prescriptive authority is required. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
