Recording vital signs, monitoring patient conditions, and reporting significant findings to the supervising nurse or physician

Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, and nutritional needs to promote comfort and recovery. Maintains

Communicate with patients and families to ensure they are informed about care plans and progress.

Administer prescribed medications ensuring proper patient dosages, routes, and times are followed.

Prepare and delivers oral, topical, and injectable medications while monitoring for and responding to side effects or adverse reactions.

Assist in performing and managing medical procedures, such as wound care, catheterizations, and respiratory therapies, under the guidance of a registered nurse or licensed medical practitioner.

Provide patient and family education tailored to specific medical conditions, treatment plans, and recovery goals
