Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, developing clinical diagnoses and individualized treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and applicable to their specific situations. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, tailored to meet each client's unique needs and aspirations. Actively engage in crisis intervention when necessary, supporting clients facing acute mental health crises or emergencies by implementing immediate safety plans and connecting them to appropriate resources. Maintain thorough and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals—to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care, contributing insights from therapeutic sessions. Educate clients and their families about relevant mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care. Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities to stay at the forefront of best practices in mental health therapy. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client population is diverse, encompassing a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and mental health concerns. You will work with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. This role requires sensitivity and an unwavering commitment to fostering a safe, supportive therapeutic environment. Qualifications A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington State. A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a keen ability to develop personalized treatment strategies. A minimum of two years of related experience in a mental health setting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to connect with clients meaningfully. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. A strong commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards within mental health practice. Preferred Experience While not mandatory for entry-level positions, previous clinical experience in similar roles is preferred and could enhance your application. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy protocols will be an advantage. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
