Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals with chronic illnesses, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. Our focus is on delivering care that acknowledges and treats the complexities of co-occurring conditions, requiring a deep understanding of how mental health intersects with physical health.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.

• Proven ability to address the mental health needs of patients with co-occurring medical conditions effectively.

• Demonstrated experience in providing integrated care by collaborating with medical professionals.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
