Senior Analyst / Manager, Product Development

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly qualified entrepreneurial Senior Analysts & Managers to join the team on the ground floor as we scale METHODIQ to new product launches & new telemedicine categories. In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to bring METHODIQ categories vision to life—to define and set strategy, plan, prioritize, build, and execute. You will work dynamically from ideation through launch, working cross-functionally across multiple workstreams to deliver on the brand’s strategic objectives.

What you will do:

• Own end-to-end new product development for several categories within our telemedicine line to support 2027 product launches and beyond
• Build product strategy and roadmap – analyze competitive landscape, identify opportunities for disruption and whitespace, design product suite & define where to play / how to win
• Manage a strong, analytical team responsible for bringing these products to life – including opportunity identification, product selection, formulation R&D, consumer testing, packaging, and commercialization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams throughout the organization—including data science, tech product, and marketing – and own relationships with key external stakeholders including suppliers, third-party service providers, and contract organizations responsible for brand launch
• Report to senior Product Development leadership at METHODIQ and interface with our C-suite to execute against the company’s strategic objectives

Who you are:

• At least 1-4 years of full-time experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, high-growth start-up, or similar high-intensity role
• A self-starter with a desire to win – someone who is exceptionally comfortable with ambiguity and solving complex problems
• High level of individual ownership and personal accountability, with a mindset of getting things done and driving process forward without supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage many different stakeholders both internally and externally
• A “doer” and a leader – willing to get hands dirty in execution while maintaining a strategic mindset
• Strong analytical skills with a bias for insights and strong attention to detail

Base Salary Range :

Exact responsibilities & job title subject to professional work experience. While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Oddity reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $85K-115K.
