The Company is in search of a Vice President of Software Engineering to spearhead the development of marketing and statistical products. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the long-term engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap, and requires a candidate with a strong technical background in modern application development, business and financial acumen, and a proven track record in leading technology transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software systems, and establishing an AI-first software engineering framework. Strategic leadership, engineering execution, architecture and technology, cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence, and organization and talent management are key areas of focus for this position. Applicants for the Vice President of Software Engineering role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions. The role demands a leader with a strong background in modern software architectures, experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies, and a deep understanding of AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead distributed engineering teams, deliver complex, enterprise-scale SaaS platforms, and develop AI-enabled customer-facing products. Leadership skills, including exceptional strategic thinking, the ability to influence at the executive level, and strong communication, are essential.
