Job Description
The Membership Specialist provides front-line support to members by answering phone calls, processing payments, and managing data entry. Responsibilities include processing new membership applications, checking and recording membership status, organizing New Membership Orientation, and creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets. This role also involves assisting with the opening and closing of the office and ensuring accurate and timely recordkeeping.
Candidates must be professional, customer-oriented, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment is essential for success in this position.
