Site Construction Manager

Responsibilities Experience working in client‑facing roles, managing client expectations and needs. High comfort level interfacing with A&E firms. Experience providing conflict resolution. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced and changing environment. Proven ability to lead and manage staff. Comfortable working in cross‑matrix organizations comprised of client management, factory management, trade contractors, vendors and 3rd party representatives. Additional Details This is an on‑site position requiring work to be performed on site located in Chandler, Arizona. Candidate must commute to site daily, Monday–Thursday during the project core hours of 6 a.m.–4 p.m.; Friday site support may be needed. Requires field mobility including walking long distances, climbing ladders, and navigating tight spaces. Minor travel may be required. Must pass background check and drug screening and be fully authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship). Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full‑time basis, as required by the nature of their role. Qualifications 20‑25 years of construction experience in the semiconductor industry, specific to semiconductor tool install. Construction Management or Engineering degree required. 12‑15 years of leadership and management experience. Experience managing large projects and partnering with trade contractors in the semiconductor industry. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
