Receptionist - Evening Shift

The Brook – KMI is a 110-bed hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient, extended care, residential, partial hospitalization and outpatient services for children, adolescents, and adults. Job Duties/Responsibilities The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them, accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. This oftentimes includes performing administrative duties as needed such as processing incoming and outgoing mail. Monday to Friday full-time position of 40 hours per week. Preferred: 1 - 3 years of related experience. Previous experience as a receptionist in a healthcare related field desired.
