We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher for a 3-week assignment in Newbury Park . This role involves handling high-volume calls, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, dispatching requests, and providing excellent customer service. Strong communication, organization, and calendar management skills are required.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and provide helpful, detail-oriented assistance.

• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer questions or service needs.

• Enter customer orders accurately into the appropriate system and verify information for completeness.

• Address a range of customer concerns by identifying needs, explaining solutions, and ensuring timely resolution.

• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and updates.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues and support a smooth customer experience.

• Manage multiple service tasks efficiently while meeting quality and response expectations.

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or call center support.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate customer information.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and standard customer service tools.
