We are seeking an organized, resourceful, and highly motivated  Account Specialist to join our small but growing team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who considers themselves a true "jack of all trades" and enjoys balancing account support, project coordination, creative initiatives, and process management.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working in spreadsheets, collaborating on design-related projects, solving complex challenges, and adapting to evolving business needs. They are proactive, tech-savvy, and bring a can-do attitude while maintaining a thoughtful, solution-oriented approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day account management activities and client-related projects.
• Manage multiple priorities and workflows while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Create, organize, and maintain reports, trackers, and project documentation using Excel.
• Communicate effectively with clients, including frequent follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams on creative and design-oriented initiatives.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing materials, presentations, visual assets, and project deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and streamline workflows.
• Research, troubleshoot, and develop practical solutions to business challenges.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure projects move forward smoothly and efficiently.
• Assist with a wide variety of administrative, operational, and creative tasks as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

Required

• Proficiency in  Microsoft Excel , including formulas, data organization, reporting, and analysis.
• Working knowledge of  Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or related applications).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-focused mindset.
• Comfortable learning new technologies, software platforms, and business processes.

Preferred

• Background in design, marketing, creative services, project management, account management, or a related field.
• Experience supporting client accounts or customer-facing projects.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and business software platforms.
• Interest in design, branding, visual communications, or creative project execution.
• Experience working in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift regularly.
• Experience with start-up environments and/or small teams.
