Join a leading Level I Pediatric Trauma Center on a 13-week engagement as a Clinical/Inpatient Pharmacist. This role supports the delivery of exceptional pharmaceutical care by providing clinical expertise in medication management and therapeutic outcomes. The schedule offers day/evening shifts from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., with specific hours to be finalized during the interview process. This opportunity is based in Memphis, TN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver consultative services to evaluate and optimize medication use in a hospital inpatient setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare staff, residents, and patients to ensure safe administration of medications.
• Process medication orders and prescriptions efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in the development and adherence to medication safety policies, regulatory standards, and quality assurance protocols.
• Participate in ongoing efforts to improve pharmacy practices within the institution.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in pediatric pharmacy practice.
• Active Tennessee pharmacist license required.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration.
