JOB DESCRIPTION

Nurses play a vital role in the care of our residents. Some responsibilities include:

• Resident Assessment and Care Planning
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members
• Medication administration
• Monitoring activities
• Providing emotional support for our Residents well being
• Maintaining confidentially and HIPAA
• Oversee our CNAs and TMAs
• Assist with Direct Care/ Stand-By when necessary
• Accurate and thorough documentation
• Insure the safety and wellness of our Residents and Staff

Helpful Skills include:

• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
• The ability to make sound judgments in emergency situations
• Knowledge of various non-invasive medical treatments
