Veterinary Technician

Wellspring Animal Hospital is seeking a skilled and motivated Veterinary Technician to join our dedicated team. If you are a confident Technician who enjoys elevating team performance and has a passion for high-quality patient care, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Hospital Flow Management: Actively assist in daily workflow to ensure efficiency with appointments, timely patient care, and smooth coordination between departments.
• Dental & Surgical Coordination: Collaborate with our doctors onthe dental and surgical schedules to support safe and efficient procedures.
• Patient Care : Deliver compassionate and high-quality care to animal patients.

Schedule:

• This is a Full-Time position with availability needed weekdays and rotating Saturdays.

Full-Time Benefits and Compensation**

• Compensation: $18.50-$20 per hour, for each hour worked*
• Bonus Package: Up to $2,000
• CE Allowance: $500 for first year of employment & $1,000/year for every year following for RVTs

Minimum Qualifications and Skillset:

• Strong clinical skills in anesthesia, dentistry, surgery, and patient care
• Skilled in venipuncture and IV catheter placement
• Able to clearly and effectively educate clients on their pet's treatment and care.
• A positive, team-focused attitude
