The team collaborates with engineering, product management, and logistics to introduce new products and enhance existing ones, ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering a positive work environment. The position can report out of our North Mankato, MN, Northville, MI or Vernon Hills, IL location.What You Can Look Forward To As Account Manager:Defend and grow business with assigned customers in North AmericaEnsure customer satisfaction in products, price, quality, service, and technologyBuild connections with customer engineering teams and decision-makersManage customer relationships through virtual and in-person meetings (25%-50% travel)Support quality and logistics discussionsWork on new RFQs and ensure timely delivery of offersCollaborate with ZF functions to deliver on-time responsesSolve technical and commercial issues, coordinating internal resourcesSupport operational planning and manage price lists and adjustmentsEnsure KPIs are under control and identify new market opportunitiesYour Profile As Account Manager:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields; Master's preferred7+ years of experience in Sales Management (B2B; preferably Tier 1 suppliers)Experience in complex/matrix organizationsTechnical knowledge of complex engineering productsProactive, assertive, and good communication skillsAbility to lead cross-functional teamsWillingness to travel in North America (and sometimes overseas)Proficient in MS Office and SAPDemonstrated integrity and commitment to continuous improvementFluent in EnglishThe Expected Base Compensation For This Role Is $103,800 To $125,000 Annually.
