Commercial Door & Hardware Technician

M5 Services is a commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton. We maintain and repair commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula: office buildings, retail, and industrial sites for property managers and national facility groups. We're not a big-crew outfit. Our engineers and technicians work with a full maintenance team behind them, and they're trusted to solve the problem in front of them without waiting on a project manager.

THE WORK

Commercial doors and hardware: closers, panic devices, locksets, hinges, frames, thresholds, and the hollow metal and wood doors that stop working right in a busy building. Service, repair, and replacement across commercial properties. What We're Looking For Commercial door and hardware experience. Panic hardware and closers. Hollow metal frame work. Cylindrical and mortise locksets. Hanging and adjusting doors in existing openings.

Access control and electrified hardware. Automatic operators. Locksmithing. Fire door inspection. ADA clearance and opening force. What M5 Provides Tools provided. Uniforms provided.
