You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.About This OfficeSilver Creek Dental Care | Knoxville, TNSchedule:Monday (9a-6p)Tuesday (8am-6pm)Wednesday (8am-5pm)Thursday (7am-5pm)Friday (8am-5pm)ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing (SRP)Perform patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories, taking vital signs, and documenting findingsTake and review dental radiographs (X-rays)Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive carePartner with the doctor to diagnose and co-treatment plan for optimal patient outcomesUtilize Dentrix for patient documentation, scheduling, and chartingAssist with iTero scans and support digital dentistry workflowsMaintain infection control standards in compliance with CDC and OSHA guidelinesBuild strong patient relationships to ensure a positive and comfortable experienceCollaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily flow and excellent patient careQualificationsActive Dental Hygienist license in the state of Tennessee2–3 years of clinical experience as a dental hygienist preferredExperience with Dentrix, iTero, and Microsoft Office requiredStrong clinical skills in preventive and periodontal treatmentExcellent communication and patient education skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and a strong commitment to patient careAbout Silver Creek Dental CareSilver Creek Dental Creek is a collaborative and connected team that prides itself on creating a positive, supportive work environment.
