Draft, proofread, format, and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence. Download, organize, and maintain court documents, pleadings, and electronic case files. File legal documents with state and federal courts through electronic filing systems. Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, hearings, depositions, meetings, and travel arrangements. Coordinate communication between clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors. Answer phones, greet clients, and provide outstanding customer service. Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Assist with case preparation, discovery, and trial logistics. Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Perform general administrative duties including document management, scanning, copying, and mail distribution.
