Project Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager Construction to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Responsibilities Manage and support multiple Project Managers and Projects efficiently Procure, coordinate and manage subcontractors & suppliers Assist with creation and management of budgets Monitor material lead times & delivery dates Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedule utilizing Microsoft Project Communicate effectively and maintain constant communication with Client, PM’s and Superintendents, and other team members Attend progress meetings and prepare meeting minutes Procure, assemble and distribute project close out documents. Review, log, and monitor Submittals and Shop Drawings. Prepare, log, and monitor Requests For Information (RFI's) Prepare, log, and monitor Proposed Change Orders and Change Orders Develop new clients and maintain existing client relationships Attend meetings/functions i.e. ABC events etc. to help develop and maintain clients Support and assist the PM to estimate projects and prepare bid proposals based on Company strategic business development Computer Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook Qualifications Previous experience in construction management or other related fields Familiarity with construction management software Deadline and detail-oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr
