Qualifications:

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license (CCC or CFY)
• Expertise in pediatric speech therapy, especially within schools
• Previous experience in early childhood or school-based SLP settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and record-keeping abilities
• Ability to adapt therapy and documentation to diverse student needs
• Commitment to HIPAA and FERPA compliance

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy for early childhood students
• Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
• Participate in eligibility, parent meetings, and interdisciplinary team processes
