We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Storage Engineer to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team in the blockchain industry. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that will revolutionize the future. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Rust and Storage development.

Responsibilities
- Work on our state-of-the-art compaction-less database, Firewood.
- Be a primary contributor to our blockchain-optimized storage engine that can be used to launch high-performance L1s.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated capability in the software storage area (open source code or published work is a bonus).
- Experience working on embedded database systems, especially those optimized for key storage.
- Knowledge of data serialization formats for efficient storage.
- Expert blockchain fundamentals and understanding of state synchronizations.
- Deep understanding of trie structures and their operations.
- Must have Rust AND Golang, C++, or C.
