Senior Maintenance Technician (6:00am -2:30pm)

Cytiva seeks an experienced maintenance technician for on-site work at their Marlborough headquarters, troubleshooting and maintaining critical building utility systems supporting laboratory operations. The role involves preventive/corrective maintenance, vendor supervision, and documentation using computerized systems.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex utility equipment systems
- Operate and monitor building utility systems supporting lab operations and equipment maintenance
- Document all work activities in the computerized maintenance management system
- Schedule and supervise external service vendors performing on-site maintenance activities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Massachusetts Licensed Electrician or Refrigeration Technician
- Minimum 5 years maintenance technician or skilled trade experience
- Extensive knowledge in at least two areas: electrical, automation/controls, calibrations, plumbing, wastewater, HVAC-R, boilers, or water systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment with minimal supervision
- Preferred: MA wastewater treatment operator license
- Preferred: lab environment experience or CMMS/Infor EAM familiarity
Compensation: $44-48 hourly, plus eligible bonus/incentive pay
