Compensation: $15–$25 per hour plus commission

Job Description

Mavilo is seeking experienced, forward-thinking Diamond & Fine Jewelry Sales Professionals to join our team in South Tampa on a part-time and seasonal basis.

This position is designed for an experienced jewelry professional who wants a flexible schedule while continuing to deliver an exceptional client experience. Seasonal team members play an important role during our busiest times of the year, helping clients find the perfect diamond or gift for some of the most meaningful moments in their lives.

If you have a passion for GIA-certified diamonds, bridal jewelry, and high-end fine jewelry, enjoy building relationships with clients, have a proven track record of success in high-end sales, and are excited by the way technology is reshaping retail, this is an exciting opportunity to work with an established and highly respected jewelry company.

Prior fine jewelry sales experience is required.

Position Details

• Part-time and seasonal position

• Approximately 30 hours per week, as needed

• Weekday and Saturday availability within store hours

• Strong seasonal performers may be considered for future part-time or full-time opportunities

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a high-performing, forward-thinking jewelry sales professional who brings experience, a commitment to excellence, and an openness to new tools and ideas that elevate the art of selling fine jewelry.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience selling fine jewelry, bridal jewelry, and/or GIA-certified loose diamonds

• A successful track record in high-end sales

• Strong knowledge of diamonds, including the ability to confidently discuss the 4Cs, GIA grading reports, diamond quality, and value

• The ability to build trust and develop lasting relationships with high-value clients

• A commitment to maintaining the highest level of customer experience throughout the entire sales process

• Strong closing and negotiation skills

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment, especially during peak seasons

• Availability and flexibility during our busiest times of the year

• The ability to get up to speed quickly and contribute from day one

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Exceptional organization and follow-through

• A polished, professional appearance and demeanor
