ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of eight across two agencies. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an Agency Field Specialist, recruiter, and State Farm team member, giving me experience in nearly every side of the business. I'm a proud mom to an 18-year-old daughter, and outside of work I enjoy traveling, visiting family, and spending time with my Yorkie.

While we're always looking for ways to become more involved, giving back to our community is something I'm excited to continue growing as our agency expands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Faby Obispo - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
