Product Manager - Healthcare AI

The Opportunity We are partnering with a venture-backed healthcare technology company using AI to solve some of the biggest operational challenges facing healthcare providers. Following significant growth across its provider network, the company is looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of a core part of its healthcare AI platform. You will work directly with healthcare customers, clinicians, engineering, design and senior leadership to understand complex workflows and turn them into products that are genuinely used in clinical environments. This is a high-ownership product role in a fast-moving HealthTech business where you will have significant influence over both product strategy and execution. What You Will Be Doing Own product strategy and roadmap for a core area of the platform. Lead product discovery with healthcare providers, clinicians and operational teams. Translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable product solutions. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data and AI teams. Define product requirements, user stories and success metrics. Prioritize development based on customer impact, commercial opportunity and technical feasibility. Work with healthcare customers throughout pilots and product launches. Analyze product usage and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation across healthcare workflows. Collaborate with GTM teams on positioning, launches and customer adoption. Balance rapid product development with the requirements of a regulated healthcare environment. Contribute directly to longer-term platform and product strategy. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of Product Management experience. Experience within HealthTech, Digital Health, healthcare SaaS or healthcare AI. Strong B2B SaaS product experience. Experience building workflow-heavy or operationally complex products. A track record of taking products from discovery through launch and iteration. Strong customer discovery skills. Experience working closely with engineering teams. Excellent analytical and prioritization skills. The ability to operate effectively in an early or growth-stage technology company. Experience with AI-enabled products, EHR integrations, healthcare data, interoperability, revenue cycle, clinical workflows or provider technology would be particularly valuable. What Success Looks Like Within your first six months, you will have developed a deep understanding of customer workflows, taken ownership of a major product area and shipped improvements that demonstrate measurable customer impact.
