Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide comprehensive human resources support during a six-month temporary assignment. This individual will oversee essential HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR professional who can confidently manage day-to-day operations while partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. This position requires strong attention to detail, experience with ADP, and the ability to navigate a dynamic, global business environment.

Key Responsibilities:


HR Operations & Employee Relations

• Oversee daily HR activities and provide guidance to employees and management across multiple U.S. office locations.
• Partner with executive leadership to address employee concerns, organizational needs, and ongoing HR initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted resource for HR-related questions, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in leadership meetings and collaborate with senior executives on workforce priorities.

Payroll & Compensation

• Review and authorize biweekly payroll to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Oversee payroll administration for international employee populations, coordinating with internal partners as needed.
• Verify payroll deductions, benefit contributions, and other compensation-related information.
• Communicate important payroll updates and reminders to employees.

Benefits Administration

• Support annual open enrollment activities and review employee benefit selections for accuracy.
• Confirm benefit elections are properly reflected within ADP.
• Audit HSA and FSA contributions to ensure appropriate payroll deductions.
• Investigate and resolve enrollment discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams.

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

• Monitor active recruitment efforts and partner with hiring teams to maintain progress against staffing goals.
• Review hiring requests and approved headcount to ensure alignment with organizational budgets.
• Evaluate external recruiting resources and support cost-effective hiring strategies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address recruitment priorities.

Performance Management & Talent Development

• Collaborate with international HR partners to coordinate annual performance review activities.
• Support the administration of performance management processes and employee evaluations.
• Assist with talent and culture initiatives to promote consistency across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an HR Manager, Senior HR Generalist, or comparable human resources position.
• Strong working knowledge of ADP, including payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Demonstrated experience supporting performance management programs and annual review cycles.
• Broad HR generalist background encompassing employee relations, recruitment, payroll, and benefits.
• Experience reviewing payroll information and ensuring accurate employee deductions.
• Ability to work effectively with executive leadership and international HR teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential employee and business information.
• Experience within insurance, financial services, or a professional services environment is a plus.
