What You're Walking Into

This isn't an HR department that's running on autopilot. The company has grown quickly, and the HR function is evolving right alongside it. You'll join a VP of HR who wants a true partner, someone who brings ideas, solves problems, enjoys collaboration and isn't afraid to figure things out when there isn't a playbook.

What You'll Own

• Employee relations and performance coaching
• HR compliance, policies and documentation
• Benefits administration and open enrollment
• Recruiting coordination and onboarding
• BambooHR administration and reporting
• International HR support across multiple countries
• Leadership support, employee engagement and culture initiatives
• Continuous improvement of HR systems and processes

Who We're Looking For

• Extensive and progressive HR experience
• Strong employee relations and compliance background
• Experience supporting leaders through complex people situations
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats inside a growing organization
• Collaborative, emotionally intelligent and naturally curious
• The type of person who sees something broken and starts figuring out how to improve it
• International HR experience is a plus, but just as important is the willingness to learn something you've never done before
