Legal Receptionist
Alford Law Group PLLC
seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Legal Secretary / Client Relations Assistant to support the firm’s daily operations, client communication, scheduling, intake, document coordination, billing support, and client relationship management. This role is often the first point of contact for prospective clients and is also responsible for helping the firm maintain long-term relationships with current and former clients.
The ideal candidate is warm, dependable, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable handling phone calls, scheduling, client follow-up, document requests, and administrative support in a law office environment. This position is especially important in helping the firm deliver a calm, organized, trustworthy, and personal client experience from the first call through the conclusion of a matter and beyond.
