Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service and sales preferred. Ability to identify needs and make recommendations. Spanish/bilingual representatives preferred, but not required. Non-negotiable: Must obtain a Property & Casualty License prior to starting employment. Must have a desire to succeed.
