Description

House-Hasson Hardware is seeking a Regional Manager to lead sales growth and business development for our territory covering Virginia, North Carolina, South Carlonia, Tennessee and Georgia.

The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader who enjoys developing people, building partnerships, and growing business through teamwork, accountability, and strong customer relationships.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop a team of Territory Managers across the region.
Drive sales growth, customer retention, and new business development.
Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and prospects.
Partner with internal teams to execute sales strategies and company initiatives.
Identify market opportunities and develop plans to achieve revenue goals.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and growth.
Utilize data, business insights, and sales tools to support decision-making and results.
Lead through change while maintaining a strong focus on customer success and team engagement.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of sales leadership experience preferred, including leading teams of ten (10) or more employees.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills with a proven ability to drive results.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, financial performance analysis, and strategic planning.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, and other business technology tools.
Hardware industry knowledge preferred.
Ability to travel 50% to 75% of the time, including overnight travel.
Ability to sit for extended periods, work on a computer, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
