Job Description & Requirements Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $101.85 - $110.25 This facility is seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule Friday 10-hour shift, Saturday 11-hour shift, Sunday 11-hour shift, and Monday 8-hour shift; coverage 2–3 times per month, with all weekends in December plus Christmas and New Year holiday coverage Practice Setting Inpatient Cardiology Consult Service. Type of Cases and Required Procedures Cardiology consults, inpatient patient management, stress testing, rounding, and weekend call coverage. Average patient volume 12–24 patients. Credentialing Timeframe Temporary and full privileges available Electronic Medical Record Epic. Certifications Required Board Certified or Board Eligible Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider.
