Flexible Behavior Assistant - Path to RBT & Training

Positive Behavior Supports Corp.

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Bay City, Michigan, is seeking Entry-Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work directly with children with autism. This part-time role offers the opportunity to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand. Job duties include implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision and data collection to monitor progress. We provide flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, and a career growth pathway.
