Property Assistant

Role Description The Property Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH, supporting the daily management and operations of commercial properties. This position assists with tenant communications, coordinates maintenance requests, and helps ensure that building services meet established standards. The role includes supporting lease administration activities, preparing and maintaining property records, and handling routine correspondence and documentation. The Property Assistant also contributes to basic financial and administrative tasks such as invoice processing, tracking expenses, and supporting reporting requirements. This role works closely with property managers and other team members to provide responsive, professional service to tenants and owners. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal teams. Foundational knowledge or experience in Property Management to support day-to-day building operations and tenant needs. Experience or familiarity with Lease Administration for organizing lease documents, tracking key dates, and assisting with renewals or notices. Administrative Assistance skills, including scheduling, document management, data entry, and basic office software proficiency (e.g., MS Office). High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and reliability in completing assigned tasks and meeting deadlines. Ability to work on-site in Cincinnati, OH, collaborate with a property management team, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in commercial real estate, facilities, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
