European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in training Guest Service Associates.Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.Educate guests on our exclusive product line.Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.What We’re Looking ForStrong sales and guest service skillsExcellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilitiesGoal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targetsPrevious experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plusAvailability to work evenings and weekendsBenefits (Subject to eligibility)401k Company MatchHealth, Vision, and Dental Insurance (28+ hours/week)Generous Bonus Incentive 2x/month (Packages + Retail)Training and career advancement opportunitiesPerksDaily PayEmployee Assistance ProgramTeam Member Assistance FundCulture Committee - Have fun while being the best!Referral Bonus - Generous Incentive to hire all roles! #J-18808-Ljbffr European Wax Center
