CirrusLabs is seeking a GRC Supervisor / Manager with hands-on RSA Archer experience to support a premier banking client based in Atlanta, GA. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term growth and increased responsibility.

This role is ideal for a mid-level GRC professional (47 years) who has moved beyond individual contributor work and is ready to take ownership of Archer-based GRC initiatives while providing guidance to analysts and coordinating closely with risk, compliance, audit, and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and help lead enterprise GRC initiatives using RSA Archer, working under strategic direction from senior GRC leadership.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day Archer activities, including task coordination, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance Archer applications, workflows, questionnaires, dashboards, and reports.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate regulatory needs into Archer solutions.
• Assist in mapping and aligning Archer modules to regulatory and control frameworks such as SOX, FFIEC, NIST, ISO 27001, and internal policies.
• Perform configuration changes, testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure Archer solutions meet business and regulatory expectations.
• Support user access management, data imports, reporting enhancements, and system optimizations.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, minor data migrations, and controlled releases in collaboration with technical teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including configurations, procedures, and user guides.
• Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to senior GRC or program leadership.
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior analysts or support resources as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 47 years of experience in GRC, Risk Management, Compliance, Audit Technology, or related roles.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with RSA Archer (configuration, administration, or functional support).
• Working knowledge of regulatory and risk frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, FFIEC, or similar standards.
• Experience designing or supporting workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards within Archer or comparable GRC platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL concepts, data structures, or system integrations (hands-on development not required).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across business, compliance, and technical teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a regulated, deadline-driven environment.
