Phlebotomist Lead

Hourly Pay Range $20.69 - $30.00 – The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights Position: Phlebotomist Lead Location: Glenbrook Hospital Full Time/Part Time: Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6pm, e/o weekend and rotating holidays What You Will Do Good communication and organizational skills and the ability to multi‑task and prioritize workloads. The ability to work cooperatively with others and inspire their cooperation. Adheres to and ensures staff compliance to NorthShore attendance and punctuality standards. Excellent phlebotomy and personal interaction skills with patients of all age groups. Ensure supply inventory to support operations. Assist Supervisor/Manager with front line supervision of departmental personnel and ensure staff compliance with all procedures. What You Will Need Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Certification: PBT(ASCP) preferred and CPR‑BLS from the AHA required. Experience: For Phlebotomy II candidates, demonstrated competency and proficiency in all Phlebotomy I job responsibilities. For external candidates, two (2) years of experience in a comparable health setting. Preferred Skills Phlebotomy experience required.
