This position plays a key role in the clinical trial management process at Medpace.Incentives can include: Competitive bonus program and equity awards.Location: Position is based in Dallas, TX.ResponsibilitiesEfficiently manage successful execution of start-up, maintenance, and close-out of clinical trialsEffectively lead others in a matrix environmentPerform quality checks on submission documents and site essential documentsPrepare and approve informed consent formsServe as a Sponsor point of contact for start-up and regulatory submissions itemsReview pertinent regulations to develop proactive solutions to start-up challengesPrepare new business proposals and present during bid defenses, general capabilities meetings, and auditsContribute to the growth and development of departmental staff, processes and systemsQualificationsBachelor's degree required, advanced degree in Life Sciences preferred5+ years of experience in clinical research, preferably at a CRO in Study Start-Up or as a Research Manager at a study siteProject management experience and demonstrated role in developing othersStrong oral and written communication skills requiredTravel: MinimalMedpace OverviewMedpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) providing phase l-lV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries.
