Paralegal – Civil Litigation & Administrative Law A respected and long-standing Sacramento law firm is looking to add a detail-oriented Paralegal to its team. This role supports attorneys across a variety of civil litigation and administrative matters and is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform in-depth legal and factual research to support case strategy Draft and prepare subpoenas, correspondence, and related legal documents Review, organize, and synthesize substantial sets of discovery materials Coordinate and oversee document productions, ensuring accuracy and compliance Prepare clear and well-structured deposition line summaries Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, timelines, and witness materials Qualifications Prior e-discovery experience, including document review platforms Exposure to employment law matters is highly beneficial Strong analytical skills and ability to manage competing priorities Salary range: $85,000 – $95,000 , depending on experience Annual discretionary bonus Medical & dental insurance: 90% employer-paid, effective on day one 401(k) plan: 4% employer match, no waiting period Generous time off: 17 PTO days + 10 paid firm holidays No strict billable hour requirement (target of 1200 hours) #J-18808-Ljbffr
