Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.80 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Sat 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM Sun 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM Responsibilities Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Monitor lobby and reception areas, greet employees and visitors, verify identification and access permissions, and document arrivals, departures, and visitor activity. Answer phones, manage inquiries, and communicate clearly with staff, guests, and/or contractors regarding site rules, directions, and reporting procedures. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through the appropriate chain of command. Support access control and other security-related operations for a professional aerospace and defense location, helping to deter unauthorized entry and maintain accurate front desk records. Qualifications Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience. Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
